    The name change symbolizes growth, prosperity, and infinite possibilities for all of us. It reflects our commitment to continue serving 1199 and its members and to welcome and include the broader communities we are part of.
  2. Will my accounts be affected?
    No, your accounts will not be affected. Your account numbers, balances, and terms will all remain the same. There’s no action required on your part.
  3. Is ownership or management changing?
    No, ownership and management remain the same. We still have the same dedicated Board of Directors and staff committed to serving you.
  4. Do I need to update my checks, debit cards, or credit cards?
    Your current checks and cards will continue to work as usual. When it’s time for replacements or reorders, they will feature our new branding.
  5. Will there be any changes to the services offered?
    We will continue to offer all the financial services you currently enjoy, with plans to introduce even more options to better serve you and our expanding community.
  6. How does this benefit me?
    By expanding our reach, we’re able to bring more resources, products, and opportunities to our members. This change enhances our ability to serve you better.
  7. Will branch locations and contact information stay the same?
    Yes, all our branch locations and contact information will remain unchanged. You can reach us just as you always have.
  8. Do I need to update any direct deposits or automatic payments?
    No updates are needed. All direct deposits and automatic payments will continue without interruption.
  9. Will online and mobile banking change?
    Your login credentials and the functionality of our online and mobile banking will remain the same. You may notice updates to logos and branding.
